We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if the goods do not meet your expectations you may return us the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
On receipt of the returned items, we will issue you a refund or exchange within 10 days in the same payment method.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
How do I return an item?
In order to initiate any return or exchange please email (Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm, excluding bank holidays) with your name and order number and we will email you a returns form.
Please include all of the following information in your returning package: your name, order number, reason for returning the item(s), whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Make sure to secure all items in their original packaging and fill out the returns form to ensure that your refund or exchange is dealt with as quickly as possible. We cannot offer exchange or refund if we have insufficient information.
Please be sure to obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
We cannot offer exchange or refund for items that have been worn; if there are any signs of wear, we would not be able to accept the return. Shipping costs ie Next Day delivery will not be refunded.

Missing or damaged items?
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order is not as expected, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand.

Earrings are non-exchangeable/non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless the items are faulty at delivery. This does not include ear cuffs.
